I turn 40 in 600 days.
The last time I wrote about the countdown I wrote about the goals I have about turning 40, and the hope I have in the next decade of my life for new adventure.
A lot has happened since then. I have already found myself down unknown roads, I have already embarked on an expected journey.
And a new one is about to begin.
The point of this, I think, is that you never know what day you will wake up and completely change your life in an exciting way. You never know the morning you wake up that you will meet someone who changes your life. You never know the day you wake up and get presented with an unexpected opportunity.
Meaning, there is always great hope!
On August 1, I was signing up with a new internet service provider with the intent of sticking with them for the foreseeable future. Before October 1, I had signed a lease on a new place to live in a different city, and now I’m canceling my current services. You just never know when or how quickly life can turn for the better!
In 600 days I turn 40, I am so excited for the twists and turns between then and now that will make me into a better person and make the next decade the most exciting one yet!
